Job Description

Engage in active and upcoming projects and coordinate with the associated project staff. In addition to the day-to-day management of the projects, from the preconstruction phase through project closeout, your responsibilities will include implementation of CPC’s Policies and Procedures. You will be expected to represent CPC in a professional manner, complying with all laws and company policies.

Qualifications

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Project management: 4 years (Preferred)

Commercial construction: 5 years (Preferred)

OSHA 30 (Preferred)

Duties and expectation

Initial duties will include management of assigned projects, with a focus on time and schedule management, budget and financial management, quality control, and safety oversight. In addition, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

1. Manage all construction activities and coordinate work and schedules with project team and subcontractors.

2. Review architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to monitor progress and compliance with project goals.

3. Issue, review, manage and negotiate Prime Contract documents with clients and CPC senior management

4. Establish, track and report on financial status of project. Create and maintain project profitability and coordinate with other departments as required.

5. Issue subcontracts and purchase orders as required; recommend the selection of and oversee the hired subcontractors.

6. Establish, manage, and track project schedules to ensure timelines are met successfully.

7. Ensure project financial success by establishing and managing project schedules and budgets.

8. Create and maintain organized and current project files.

9. Attend and preside over project coordination and project meetings.

10. Generate new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships.

11. Proactively and routinely engage in industry focused networking events.

12. Offer any best practices you have developed in your experience, and to be constantly watchful for any opportunity to assist CPC in developing the best in terms of Project Management procedures.

Schedule is determined based on the time required to manage the current and upcoming projects under the portfolio of the Project Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
