Lawelawe Technology Services Inc. is seeking an experienced program management professional. The successful Program Manager must have experience supporting DoD customers and IT operations. The ideal candidate will be an assertive self-starter with the ability to take initiative. Through your strong leadership and communication skills you have demonstrated the ability to transform an organization, department, or other IT environment. Responsibilities
Responsible for all areas of program management, to include all projects and associated work efforts, master project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and related requirements for multiple locations.
Manage various IT departments and project teams, coordinate, manage, organize, schedule, direct, facilitate, and oversee execution of projects with varying timelines and scopes, tracking initiatives and closely monitoring performance, and reporting milestones as appropriate.
Mentor and supervise staff, to include oversight of all subcontractors and subcontractor personnel at multiple locations.
Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations, formulate, and review task plans and deliverables, and provide weekly updates on each of the assigned activities.
Facilitate and narrate stakeholder meetings.
Establish and maintain technical and performance matrix reports to show progress of projects to management and stakeholders.
Prepare, implement, monitor, maintain, manage, and update project plans and documentation.
Conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for assessment reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management.
Utilize applicable project management tools, implement network logic and measurement methods to perform critical path and risk analyses necessary to determine forecasting delays and evaluation of alternative scenarios.
Work with the Service Owners and Task Leads to review identified schedule, risks and issues across the projects, programs, and enterprise.
Assist in developing departmental and Command level SOPs and Desktop Procedure Manuals as required.
Ensure program runs on schedule, performance levels are met or exceeded, and all deliverables are on time and high quality.

Working knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Change Management methodologies.
Qualifications
Five years IT Program Management experience required.
Must be a US citizen and possess an active Secret Security clearance.
Experience leading, supervising, delegating, and mentoring staff.
Experience managing complex, integrated work plans and multiple task orders or projects.
Experience in assembling technical documents and providing detailed analysis of various business system functions.
Experience developing executive-level briefings and presentations.
Familiarity with DoD lifecycle management, DoDD 5000.1, DoDI 5000.02,and Defense Acquisition Guidebook.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is preferred or five (5) plus years of related experience, and three (3) years of general computer systems experience. One (1) year must relate to principal duties and responsibilities.
PMP certification required.
Understanding of Help Desk service is a plus.
Active IAT-II Security certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Moving about work location and from one worksite to another.
