Quiet Professionals, LLC is seeking a Software Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will utilize customer service skills to resolve customer support requests for QP software products while you grow your skillset by learning to test and support new and existing Advanced Technology Services (ATS) products developed at Quiet Professionals.

Duties and responsibilities:   

  • Utilize clear and concise verbal and written communication skills to troubleshoot and resolve user issues
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical information to non-technical users
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from manager, coworkers and external contacts
  • Ability to learn to write test plans and technical specifications
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possessing strong organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform self-directed work
  • Ability to meet deadlines and complete multiple simultaneous projects in a timely manner



  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or experience equivalent to what one would gain in a Bachelor's degree program and demonstrated Software Development expertise is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Technical customer support/help desk role reproducing and troubleshooting software issues to identify the root cause and identifying potential remediation.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance (US Citizenship)


  • SRI and Security Clearance a Plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
