In order to be successful, you will need to listen to and effectively synthesize voices from many different backgrounds and skill sets. You will need to be able to translate feature requests into concrete deliverables, moving easily from big picture to technical details as you work through problems with engineering partners and stakeholders. You understand how high-velocity software development teams work, and how engineers think. You are comfortable “speaking the language” of your engineering team and product partners alike, which makes you a highly-effective collaborator and influencer.


Defining platform capabilities based on input from internal and external stakeholders
Identify and prioritize new opportunities
Coordinate with engineering counterparts and other partners (e.g. UX, other product teams) to deliver new platform capabilities against product team goals

Who You Are

3+ years’ of consumer or enterprise internet software product management experience, with at least 2 of those in technical product management
Experience working directly with engineers to define and plan technical products focused on full stack, back end, infrastructure or platform implementations
Passion for and knowledge of delivering scalable platforms in a large, distributed organization
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a closely-related field, or equivalent experience

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Austin 108,000 - 157,000 USD per year

NYC Metro Area 131,000 - 191,000 USD per year

SF Bay Area 144,000 - 210,000 USD per year

Seattle 132,000 - 192,000 USD per year

US Remote 108,000 - 157,000 USD per year
