Boba Time, Inc. (It's Boba Time HQ Office) – Accounting Associate (Full Time Onsite Position)

- Full Time & Onsite (Please do not ask about remote work availability)

- $31.25 - $33.65 per hour (Equivalent to $65,000 - $70,000 per year)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll working in conjunction with Company’s payroll processor.
- Compile payroll data such as vacation time, overtime, insurance, worker’s compensation, 401(K) deductions, etc.
- Review timecards for completeness and accuracy and contract various store managers for any missed or incorrect records.
- Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training and work assessments. This may include safety training, harassment training, licenses and certificates, etc.
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute H/R programs including but not limited to benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes & investigations, and training.
- Handle employment related inquiries from applicants and employees, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources and employment law.
- Perform other payroll & H/R duties as needed.

- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Fluency in the English language.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of one year of human resource and/or payroll experience preferred.
- Experience working with online QuickBooks is preferred.
- Experience working with Paychex is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
