Overview: Hayward Holdings (NYSE "HAYW") is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Cloud professional to join the company’s talented Salesforce team. Reporting directly to the Salesforce Project Manager, you will be a crucial part of the organization, supporting cross functional teams in delivering email and text campaigns as well as managing customer audiences and databases. You will provide meaningful contributions to strategic initiatives in a high-paced, rapidly evolving market. Position Location and Commute: *
Candidates must be willing to work a weekly hybrid schedule (3 days working onsite and 2 days remote work each week) - as it relates to our most current policy. This is not 100% remote schedule. Candidates must currently live (or be willing to relocate) within a reasonable driving commutable distance to our uptown/downtown Charlotte office 28202.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop content around consumer/trade messaging and automation journeys for campaigns, and new subscribers
  • Lead the product warranty registration process and grow the consumer database utilizing Salesforce/Form\Assembly latest technology
  • Keep warranty application updated with Hayward’s warranty rules to ensure consumers receive the proper warranty registration information
  • Create and maintain lists, data extensions and subscriber list in Marketing Cloud
  • Maintain global/consumer subscriber lists to be sure compliant with consumer privacy laws & SFMC best practices
  • Create segmentation groups and track communications
  • Develop customer journey emails and drip campaigns
  • Develop relevant reports and dashboards in Marketing Cloud
  • Sync Marketing Cloud data from Salesforce CRM to Marketing Cloud and back
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize customer solutions
  • Complete quality assurance checks on changes to data and journeys
  • Develop business management processes for content/email/SMS approvals with the larger marketing department, sales team and customer care teams
  • Develop and document efficiencies in current and future processes
  • Collaborate and train other team members on Marketing Cloud
  • Real-time, daily and weekly campaign performance reporting. Presentation of key data and conclusions to management
  • Research new tactics and strategies to build digital campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage the creative development process for all e-mail newsletter campaigns and initiatives
  • Monitor and stay apprised of trends and updates in the Salesforce suite of tools to take advantage and leverage the full capabilities of Marketing Cloud
  • Ensure consistent messaging is being used across cross-functional departments & contributors
  • Raise the level of digital acumen across the marketing organization
  • Work with other marketing leaders to construct effective email and SMS marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and knowledge of configuring Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Analytics Builder and/or Audience Builder
  • Must possess and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well versed in current digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging marketing tools
  • Expertise in Email Marketing
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – specifically Photoshop
  • Knowledge of managing multiple business units
  • Technically savvy and experienced in light use of HTML, CSS (emails), analytics tools
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies
  • Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced environment
  • Experience using digital analytics tools and creating reports that demonstrate measurable results is critical to this role
  • Must be organized and possess great project management skills
  • Detail oriented, accountable, with solid follow through
  • Creative thinking and problem solving
  • Marketing Cloud Administrator certification desired

Education:
A degree or diploma in marketing, business, computer science or equivalent preferred.

Travel may be needed 5% for a few meetings and/or Annual Sales Meeting
