POSITION: Centralized Operations Program Manager (COPM)
RESPONSIBLE TO: Deputy Director of Operations (DDO)
COMPENSATION: $65,508.00-$79,310.00

SUMMARY: The Centralized Operations Program Manager (COPM) will assist the Deputy Director of Operations (DDO) in the overall management of three (3) ancillary teams that comprise the Centralized Operational Support (COS) Program. Teams within the COS Program are managed centrally and deployed to Health Centers (HCs) where indicated to provide safe, effective, and efficient patient care.

1) The Travel Team consists of fully trained Health Center Assistants (HCAs), Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) who cover staffing outages with advance notice.
2) The Non-Licensed Training Pod is comprised of newly hired Health Center Assistants (HCAs) who participate in training shifts assigned within a particular Pod until training is completed and a home health center can be assigned.
3) The PRN Float team consists of HCAs, APCs, and RNs who have transitioned out of their permanent HC positions and are available ‘just in time’ for a minimum of two (2) HC shifts per month.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of two years of experience in operational management with direct supervisory experience.
A demonstrated record of excellence in operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Proficiency as a Health Center Manager (or equivalent) is preferred.
Demonstrated ethical communication practice.
Excellent understanding of customer service and a knack for navigating complaints.
Comfortability navigating technology and software necessary to perform job function (Microsoft suite of products).
Skilled at problem-solving, organizing data, and thinking critically under pressure.
Willingness and ability to travel across all areas of affiliate, including CO, NV, and NM.
Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Self-motivated, able to work remotely and be accountable to independent productivity.
Capable of maintaining cohesive team environment for remote staff.
Ability to function effectively in an ever-changing environment
Ability to strategize, multitask, and prioritize competing assignments.
Ability to analyze root cause, cost/benefit, and risk to be decisive in problem-solving situations.
Reliable, adaptable, and honest.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Supervise two (2) Assistant Program Managers who directly supervise and schedule staff within the COS Program.
Assist in the development and integration of a fully centralized scheduling system that joins HC staff schedules and COS Program schedules in one location visible by staff, management, and administration.
Lead the ongoing operationalization of scheduling best practices across the agency.
Coordinate the upkeep and accuracy of the fully centralized scheduling system.
Ensure collaboration between COS Program and HC Management for effective scheduling that fills staffing gaps appropriately across the affiliate.
Travel as needed to fill in as Manager on Duty (MOD) at HCs across the affiliate in the absence of an HCM.
Maintain a caring team environment with a focus on patient care, staff engagement, efficient & effective communication, and customer service.
Manage the hiring, onboarding, training, and continued development of COS Program staff.
Manage staff compliance with PPRM policies; protocols; and local, state, and federal regulations.
Solicit and track feedback from HC Management teams to facilitate performance monitoring of COS Program staff.
Conduct regular analysis on the size and scope of the COS Program staffing.
Communicate privileging and credentialing status of licensed COS program staff, as well as the approved skills of non-licensed staff to necessary Health Center staff.
Ensure supervisors complete performance reviews annually and routine staff check-ins monthly.
Ensure travel arrangements are in place as needed for traveling COS program staff.
Submit monthly invoices and expense reports for incurred program costs by the deadline, as well as approve submitted expense reports from COS Program staff by the deadline.
Mentor and assist in the onboarding of new HCMs as needed.
Comply with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and serve as an advocate for the administration and support of policies in HCs.
Participate in the provision of abortion services.
Perform other duties as assigned.
