Dogwood Industries LLC is a family owned company which has doubled in size in the last 2 years. The office is located one mile from downtown Woodinville with plenty of restaurants, wineries, grocery stores, and fitness centers.

The Program Manager will work out of the Bothell location.

Dogwood Industries manufactures proprietary relocatable structures for industrial and DoD customers. Our scope of services includes design, manufacture, supply and installation of a complete building solution, from structural steel fabrication through electrical and mechanical systems.

The Project Manager is a salaried position, $80,000 - $120,000 DOE.

Requirements :

Construction management, architecture, civil engineering or a construction industry related field and at least two years of experience.

  • Ability to read and speak English fluently.
  • U.S. citizen or dual-citizenship, due to DoD contracts.
  • Critical thinking (recognizes problems and develops solutions).
  • Self-direction (completes daily tasks and sets and achieves long range goals).
  • Team participation (communicates and coordinates with supervisors and management as required to gather information and documentation and responds timely to requests for information).
  • Company initiatives (supports the management team in implementing company policies, procedures and processes to ensure the efficient operation of the factory).
  • Quality (completes documentation in a thorough, professional and timely manner).
  • Planning (maintains calendars and schedules, maintains electronic and hard copy files in a neat and orderly manner, and participates in meetings).

The Project Manager must provide complete work history with employer references for last three employers, or past five years, whichever is most relevant.
