Your Opportunity Performing configuration and administration of Workday core business processes, support upgrades, enhancements, security changes, testing, validation, and overall system performance; Workday HCM product suite and methodologies; and Lead and support HR annual programs and related configurations. What you are good at
Job Description : Understand business needs and build solutions that meet new and future business objectives, including participating in recurring efforts and implementing new projects and enhancements. Perform analysis, design, test, support, and project management. Partner and work collaboratively with project teams and business stakeholders to gain an understanding of business requirements, translate those requirements into solution recommendations, and implement functionality to meet objectives. Partner with other HRIS team members, IT, and other HR centers of excellence to ensure best practices are being followed and maintained appropriately. Create and maintain configurations, Support Annual Programs, assist in end-user training, administration of Workday, including but not limited to mass updates, maintenance of structure data, and configuration maintenance. Recommend HR process improvements through more effective use of HRIS applications. Partner with internal stakeholders to help drive adoption and maximize the value of Workday. Actively research new enhancements and releases in Workday to ensure the system is up to date and new features are being adopted that could improve the overall employee experience.
What you have
Requirements : Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering Management, Computer Science or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
