Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Deep knowledge of the construction industry and processes.
A high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a strong level of interpersonal skills.
Exceptional Critical Thinking, Time Management, Accountability, and Prioritization skills.
Self-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals.
Ability to be organized, problem solve, and be solution oriented.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent decision-making skills.
Detail Oriented- a high level of attention to detail is required.
Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Email
