Full Job Description
  • This is a role on the Asset Management Team supporting the Lifecycle of the End User Devices.
  • These assets include mobile devices, laptops, desktops, rugged computers and mobile printers.
  • The selected candidate would support the Sr. Manager by successfully driving all activities and processes associated with contract creation, procurement, deployments, repair, support and refresh of assets in this category.
  • The role would provide vendor management and serve as a key contact related to all activities of the Carrollton, TX warehouse.
  • This includes managing the HCL Manage Services groups that completes iOS, laptop, desktop repair and deployment.
  • The role would support PBNA and FLNA including Canada operations out of the Mississauga warehouse.
  • Financial duties include contributing to the AOP process, support managing budgets totaling $70MM, forecasting, cost management, driving continuous improvement and achieving productivity targets.
  • Responsibilities would also include managing deliverables of HCL Managed Services and working with stakeholders across the organization to set expectations and deliver targets for procurement initiatives.

Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in project management
  • Some exposure and knowledge of Agile
  • Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MSOffice365 products
  • Knowledge of productivity and collaboration tools
  • Vendor Support Experience
  • Inventory Management
  • Ability to manage highly visible competing priorities
  • Ability to work with virtual teams (remote work locations); lead team of resources (employees and contractors) based in multiple US locations and off-shore
  • Strong communication skills to meet with business, understand sometimes ambiguous, needs, and translate to clear, aligned requirements
  • Ability to lead stakeholder discussions with various levels of leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
