Pine Ridge Construction Management is seeking a Project Manager for projects in the Geneva NY area.

The duties of a Project Manager are to see the project through from start of construction to completion of punch list items in order to obtain the certificate of occupancy. The projects may vary from ground up new Buildings, Additions and Renovations in all segments of the construction industry.

You should be knowledgeable and be capable of the following:

• All forms of construction material and methods.
• Read/interpret construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings addenda and RFI.
• Understand the estimate in order to complete the job on time and under budget.
• Create, maintain and distribute project schedules on Microsoft Project. Ensure subcontractors, suppliers & inspections meet expected schedule.
• Coordinate with superintendent & subs to ensure all parties maintain adequate manpower to meet deadlines.
• Schedule and maintain a log of all inspections required.
• Familiar with OSHA safety requirements
• Record minutes from job conferences with the owner and project partners.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, fire protection and electrical systems.
• Expediate and track purchase orders with subcontractors and or vendors.
• Execute and track change orders in a timely fashion.
• Maintain accurate documentation including on site photographs.
• Keep job cost reports up to date.
• Invoice customer on a percent complete per the established schedule of values.

In addition, you should have experience in Microsoft Office including word, excel and outlook. Familiarity with CMiC and estimating software would be beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
