In the day-to-day of the Marketing Project Manager role at Symphony, you will be responsible for planning and managing branding, website, and marketing projects to ensure that the resources needed are in place and the project is successful. You will also be responsible for identifying ways to improve and optimize our project processes and systems.

This is a remote position for someone ideally located in Florida, but any qualified candidate eligible to work in the US is encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities*

• Coordinate between Account Management Team, Production Team, and Clients to create deliverable schedules that meet project requirements and deliverables on time and within budget
• Create and monitor projects using approved toolsets, including the creation and reviewing of tasks and work assignments
• Manage and monitor Production Team schedules, queues, and workload to meet all project deliverables and deadlines with maximizing team efficiency
• Identify opportunities for improving project management processes and toolset(s) and lead the implementation of these opportunities
• Proactively identify production capacity constraints to prevent project delays
• Manage the development of branding, website and marketing projects, and advertising campaigns
• Perform project kick-off meetings and run recurring project status meetings as scheduled
• Track and report on project status and project budgets to managers and other stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Work with project team members to identify, resolve and escalate project issues, as needed
• Perform risk management analysis to identify and minimize project risks
• Collaborate with managers and Account Manager(s) to validate client invoicing
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or 3 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing project manager role utilizing waterfall and agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of the project management lifecycle including scoping, timelines, scheduling, and resourcing, as well as formal project management methodologies
• Ability to collaborate with highly technical and creative teams to handle multiple projects and shifting tasks on a daily basis
• Strong decision-making and prioritization skills
• A reliable high-speed internet connection; you should be able to easily participate in video calls wherever you’re working
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other PM-related certifications are a plus
• Experience with Teamwork and Monday.com project management software is a plus
