Seeking a Director of Sales to join our manufacturing team. The hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and this is a fully in office role.
$150,000-$170,000/year + Benefits & Commission!
Responsibilities:
- The Director of Sales develops and directs the Aerospace/Military business strategy including marketing and sales activities.
- Develop and apply a business plan to grow this segment through new products and applications.
- Develops and manages strategic 10 Year business plans.
- Develops Sales management process for daily/weekly/monthly performance.
- Develops and manages strategic selling plans.
- Evaluates and develops product roadmaps and customer requirements.
- Writes and presents bids and proposals to Senior Leadership Team for approval.
- Manages promotional activities and represents organization in this market segment to customers and industry.
- Approximately 35% travel, mostly nationally but occasionally internationally.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing in Aerospace or Defense industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Project
- Experience working directly with customers
- Experience with sensor and switch design technology a plus!

Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
