TeamWorx Security is searching for a hands-on Principal Software Engineer to help us expand and build our platform and products.

Your Day-to-Day

• Lead a team of five (5) engineers who are designing, developing, and operating our applications.
• Serve as a mentor and leader to your team, providing expert knowledge working with Eclipse, React, and Node.
• Drive capabilities delivery and integration, architectural design, product quality, maintainability, and operability.
• Partner with product management to ensure your teams have clear tactical and strategic visions.
• Manage systems development scope and changes in the context of the business environment.
• Build positive relationships and influence partners across the organization at different levels to deliver on business objectives.
• Drive the next generation of software architecture and bring forth continuous innovation.

What We Think You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar, and 4 years of technical and management experience.
• OR 8 years of technical and management experience (Military experience included).
• Must have experience with Eclipse, React, and Node.js tech stacks.
• Must have experience with capabilities monitoring.
• A keen interest in Distributed Systems and Cloud Technologies.
