What You Will Do

As a member of the Joint Replacement Inventory Team, you will focus on delivering high quality month-end financial reporting packages, inventory reporting and projections, cashflow reporting and projections, R&O process, as well as various adhoc requests to support the close, projection, and budgeting processes.

This position will be responsible for complete and accurate inventory balance sheet and P&L reporting while complying with Stryker policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in inventory accounting coupled with the ability and desire to partner with the business and improve processes.

In this role, you will lead aspects of the FP&A function, including but not limited to month-end reporting, projections, budgets, long-range financial plan, monthly dashboards, market share and growth, etc.

in support of our FP&A function.

Engage with business partners to enable insightful analysis and efficient processes to support and challenge strategic decisions

Work with business partners to formulate appropriate inventory budgets and projections

Reconcile and analyze Inventory and Inventory reserves for period close

Prepare adhoc month-end journal entries and formulate required accruals in accordance with GAAP

Ensure all Inventory reports generated are accurate, complete, and reconcile to the General Ledger

As requested, perform ad-hoc analytical support, such as : analyzing inventory trends at various data levels, testing inventory reserve levels for appropriateness and diving into the Orthopaedics supply chain to understand product fluctuations

Support business on implementation and monitoring of Internal Controls and other Compliance requirements.

Ensure all Company policies are followed completely and accurately

Maintain up-to-date process documentation that follows changes in the business

What you need

Bachelor Degree required (Finance or Accounting is preferred)

Prefer MBA, CPA or CMA.

4+ years experience

Ability to interpret and analyze data accurately and efficiently

Strong written and verbal skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management

Effective problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Excel (required) and familiarity with Power BI.

Proficiency with Oracle and Hyperion preferred

$71,600 $149,300salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program).
