Role/Responsibilities

The Product Analyst will be part of our Digital Insights Gateway Team within Moody’s Analytics and report to the Director of Project Management. The Gateway Team is spearheading the digital transformation of Moodys.com by streamlining Moody’s digital experience into a single Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. The Product Analyst will mainly be responsible for training and educating the business teams on how to use the AEM platform, and supporting them on website initiatives to migrate and create content in AEM. In addition, this role will be responsible for managing the development backlog, ensuring team members have clear requirements to proceed the work.

Role/Responsibilities

  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for AEM content entry, component capabilities, and related processes.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure content is authored with the correct components and optimal layouts based on existing AEM capabilities. Suggest ways to improve effectiveness and efficiency as needed.
  • Be the first line of AEM support. Identify and correct website problems via authoring as they are found; refer deeper technical problems to the Project Management and Technology team and collaborate in identifying and implementing solutions.
  • Conduct content authoring training to onboard business teams to use the AEM platform.
  • Document content authoring procedures and best practices. Create and update the AEM authoring guide as new components are being developed and enhanced.
  • Document and manage component library.
  • Manage JIRA backlog and capture task requirements.
  • Drive sprint planning sessions.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand and document authoring requirements, and coordinate with the Technology team to execute.
  • Support the Gateway Team to standardize the AEM delivery process and reinforce it across the company.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience managing websites using Content Management Systems, specifically AEM, with hands-on responsibility for creating, editing, and updating content.
  • Undergraduate / bachelor’s degree required in a business-related discipline.
  • Deep understanding of AEM components and authoring.
  • Able to manage development backlog with Agile methodology
  • Understanding of and experience with UX and mobile-first design principles.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Software: proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), JIRA, Asana, and Confluence.
  • Soft Skills: Attention to detail, effective verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, patience, and a willingness to learn.

Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof of vaccination on start date, as determined by Moody’s.
