Overview:
Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager III in the C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI) which focuses on providing enterprise support to over 110 active Air Force, Air National Guard (ANG), and Air Force Reserve installations and bases. HNI also provides technical and policy support and provides C3I infrastructure for the USAF enterprise applications.
LOCATION: Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford, MA

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret
EDUCATION: MS or BS in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
CERTIFICATIONS: N/A
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 12-15 years of experience with 5 years of Program Management experience within the DoD

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support to program leadership in order to facilitate successful contract execution. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Generating acquisition documents. These include Acquisition Decision Memorandums, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Program Baselines, Risk Management Plans, Program Management Reviews, and Milestone Decision Briefs
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing in order to provide quality acquisition and program documentation
Support and develop acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports (i.e. DAES, MAR, etc.)
Support Program Management Reviews, senior level meeting/reviews and IMP/IMS reviews
Support and maintain management reviews, meetings and schedules
