Outside Sales, Business-to-Business Representative

Company Overview: Journey Business Solutions, Inc. founded to support and serve small to medium-sized businesses through a suite of products designed to help our clients grow their business. As your one-stop business solution shop, our clients can count on us for all their credit cards, payroll, HR, inventory, and lending needs.

Summary: The function of the Outside Sales, B2B Rep, is to provide our clients with solutions for accepting credit cards, inventory control, payroll, HR, and other functionality through selling point of sale systems and smart terminals. This person will need to be able to uncover needs, understand pain points, and use solution-based selling methods to establish new accounts. Our outside sales team is the front line and foundation of building and maintaining relationships with our clients.

Our Outside Sales, B2B representative, is a full-time W2 employee with full benefits, including but not limited to, health, dental, 401K, FSA, HSA, and company-paid short- and long-term disability. Our outside sales, B2B Representative, enjoy a 100% commission structure, which includes new client commissions, residuals for servicing existing business, and bonus' for a higher level of sales. We offer full training, which starts with sales and product training in Dallas, TX, at our home office. We then continue our training with territory training with your manager. We offer a flexible work-life balance, including the ability to work from home.

Responsibilities:
Attend training, weekly meetings, and team calls. New employees will also go to our Dallas corporate offices for training, then finish up with hands-on training, ride-a-longs, role-playing, and product support from their manager
Develop and sell a new business through cold calling, referral, inside appointment setters, and established partnerships
Ensure the internal database is current and up to date with additional notes.
Provide after-sales service for the duration of a merchant relationship
Utilize marketing techniques to drive customers to Journey through our “Why Not Local?” branding campaigns
Expand sales and leadership skills for continued growth and upward opportunity within the company
Demonstrate a positive track record and repour with clients. Set and exceed weekly monthly and yearly goals.

Requirements:
Bachelor of Business, Sales or Mgt degree preferred
Prior experience in outside or B2B sales, preferred
Strong rapport building skills including face-to-face and over the phone
High work ethic and strong integrity with a desire to grow, learn and progress
Self-starter; motivated by growth and income potential, team-focused, results-driven
Extraordinary work ethic and strong integrity with a desire to grow, learn and progress
