What You’ll Do

Duties include providing high-quality solutions by coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining programs. Developing and modifying moderately complex information systems involving most phases of systems analysis and programming.

Analyze, code, test and document programs.

Work in an agile delivery team to break down stories and delivery functionality in sprint.

Conduct code walkthroughs to assure quality of programs developed by other associates.

Provide system support.

Participate in the team’s on-call support rotation.

Asset Movement Transfers : HTML5, Bootstrap, Docker, Containers, Kubernetes, Microservices, & GIThub

Efforts utilizing the following technology : Java, JEE, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot (Microservices), Rest Services, Spring JPA, REST, Kafka, JSON, Junit, Reactjs, Node.

Knowledge of Oracle, DB2, MS SQL, Mongo.

Test Driven Mindset familiar with : JUNITS, SOAPUI, and Selenium.

Modernizing our Legacy Platform : Mainframe, Weblogic, and DB2.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related experience.

Open System development skills such as Java, JEE, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot (Microservices), Rest Services, Spring JPA, REST, Kafka, JSON, Junit, Reactjs, Node.

js, Intellij, Eclipse, Visual Studio, Azure, Javascript, LINUX, REACT, HTML, and XML..

A minimum of five (5) years of Java development experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical issues in business terms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus.

Ability to design, develop, test, document and implement quality software within targeted timeframes.

Experience in the AGILE management methodology

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate :
