Seagate Global Investigations is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to join our Investigations team. The Program Manager will manage the drive industry-leading analytics, automation, and projects across a global organization.

This role will report directly to the Manager of Global Investigations and will be based out of the Americas.

About the role - you will :

Analytics & Insights : Identify internal and external data sources that could be used to detect fraud and threats to the organization.

Perform data cleansing operations to ready data for analysis. Implement data driven solutions that provide insights and that accurately identify fraud and threats.

Use advanced analytics and automation to detect fraud and support the Global Trust & Security org.

Automation : Ability to translate business needs and requirements to design systems for handling current and future requests with flexibility.

Systems thinking skills will be highly leveraged.

Process Improvement : Assess and prioritize system modifications & enhancements, document functional requirements and test cases, coordinate business user testing and approval.

Continually assess manual and automated processes to identify potential process gaps and opportunities.

Dashboard Design and reporting : Create and maintain data visualizations. Maintenance of existing dashboards as well as development of new dashboards.

Develop an eco-system of solutions that meet the needs of internal stakeholders at individual contributor level up to executive reporting.

Team Support : Create and provide training for team members as needed for developed solutions. Story board use cases and develop necessary changes.

Fraud Investigation : Assist Investigators with fraud analysis related to current investigations. Participate in after action reviews to review prior cases to identify new methods to detect fraud.

• Working with cross-functional, global teams

Your experience includes :

• Analytics, data automation, dashboard design, quality management
• Project Management
• Excel, PowerAutomate, Alteryx or KNIME, Tableau, SQL, Splunk, Python, IBM i2 Analyst Notebook, SAP Business Objects

You might also have :

• Experience with fraud detection strategy and analysis
• Experience with InfoSec data analysis or digital forensics
• Systems thinking skills
• Presentation Skills

Colorado's 2021 Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) requires we inform you of the estimated base salary range for this position : $64,200.

00 $93,500.00. Actual salary range is based on fair market value of the role in the geography in which you live based on the requirements of the job and your skills.

This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and Seagate reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
